SHIPPING

Shipping is free for all domestic orders. We do not ship internationally at this time, but we're working on it!

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to process (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being lost or returned to Lowna. We cannot offer refunds on lost packages and will have to charge additional shipping fees on any returned packages.

Lowna is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mail. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact USPS directly.

RETURNS

All sales at Lowna are final and we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. All items are given a detailed product description unique to each garment, accessory or object. Please make sure to read each item description carefully before making your purchase.

Every Lowna piece is hand-selected and carefully inspected to ensure the highest quality, but please note that all items are vintage and natural signs of wear should be expected. Any notable flaws and/or repairs will be outlined in the item description. 

SIZING

For reference, our models typically wear sizes S-M, but our styles range from sizes XS-XL and can fit a variety of bodies depending on your desired fit!

To help guide you in your selection, measurements are provided in the description of each item. You can best determine the fit of a garment by comparing the measurements to a similar piece of your own. Marked sizes will vary depending on the garment's era/origin and are not guaranteed to be consistent with modern sizing. Listings may also include a modern letter size estimation, though measurements are the most accurate tool in determining your best fit.

Here's how we collect our measurements (taken while laying flat):
Bust: across chest - doubled
Waist: across narrowest part - doubled
Hip: across hip - doubled
Shoulders: seam to seam across back
Sleeve: underarm to wrist
Length: shoulder to hem
Inseam: crotch to hem
Rise: crotch to top of waist
Ankle: across ankle opening - doubled
